There are women who are born in homes, enter into this life and most would assume their future has already been decided; this is not in regards to the Qadr (destiny) of Allah as there is no doubt about this, rather within the paradigm of their families, and society. Then, there are some women who go beyond what is expected of them, they excel, they go on to do something amazing, they make a difference in their own life as well as others.
This leads me on to explain ‘The Heroine Rises’ and the reason behind its launch. We have so many sisters who have potential to attain the highest level of Paradise, and achieve the pleasure of Allah , however these women go through their own trials, troubles, face desires which cause them to fall short in their eman, and eventually their actions. This harms them in this life, and in the Hereafter, as Allah shares the opposite effect of one who goes astray, and this is the one who remains firm upon the truth.
“Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.” [1. Qur’an; An-Nahl, 16:97]
The Heroine Rises will share the story of Sarah, a fictional character who experiences situations you experience every day, and through her struggles she overcomes them, at times broken, bruised and in tears, but she always succeeds. The after effects may remain, but for her these lessons assist in making her who she is.
We hope The Heroine Rises will help you be who you are worthy of being, insha Allah.
The Heroine Rises will have many projects which will help you all come closer to Allah , and the first major release is the ‘Hawaa is back’ University Tour in association with Fosis presented by Sister Alima. This tour aims to inspire young women through Hawaa and share reflective lessons and practical advice to help them excel, insha Allah.
This is just the beginning! Stay with us to see where we’re headed, insha Allah.
