O An-Naseer – A poem for every repenter…

Bismillah…

It seems like I have strayed,
My repentance I have delayed,

Lost in the wilderness,
Forgotten have I Your tenderness,

I desire Your pleasure,
I understand Jannah is the Ultimate Treasure,

But it’s so hard…

This world looks so pleasurable,
The girls, the guys, it seems like so much fun,

The time has come…

I need Your help, I need to turn back,
Please An-Naseer, help me get back on track…

Has not the time come for me to turn to You?
In these last days, ya Allah, make my desire come true…

The time has come…

“Has not the time come for the believers to surrender their hearts to Allah’s remembrance and for this truth that has come down? And do not be like those who were earlier given the Book(s) and when a long term passed over them, their hearts became hardened; and many of them are sinners.” [1. Qur’an: 57: 16]

There is only one way to success, and on that Day there will be no second chances…

“Undoubtedly, the one who purifies (their soul) has succeeded. And the one who soiled (their soul) has certainly failed.” [2. Qur’an: 92:9-10]

Isn’t it time to turn back to Allah? subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He)
