O Al ‘Aziz – Will you accept me?

Another Ramadhan special!

Bismillah,

Sometimes I wish everything I did was right…
It seems like such a painful fight,
Bruised with sins, in pain, I sit here alone…
Fearing when the trumpet will be blown…

I’m not ready to meet You,

I’m not ready to face You,

I’m not good enough ya Rabb…

I fear my plight,

My misdeeds have reached there height…

I’m not bad, I’m not evil, but I fall…

My small deeds add up, all big n tall…

I’ve had enough!

Sure it’s tough,

But I can’t live like this…

How will I ever attain Your Eternal Bliss?!

Ramadhan is coming to an end,

My ways I shall indeed mend!

I fear Your Might ya Al ‘Aziz,

Truly, it you whom I wish to please,

The disgrace I cannot bare…

I’m coming back, as a Repenter…

I’m coming back!
